Frequently Asked Questions
How can I redeem my benefits? You may only redeem your benefits at our physical location after opening. Memberships are not able to be redeemed at farmers markets, pop up events or through wholesalers.
When will my membership activate? All Memberships activate during our first month of operations at our brick and mortar. With an anticipated opening of September 2024, you’ll have immediate access to your rewards through August 31, 2025.
Are memberships refundable? Golden Hour Bake House Memberships are nonrefundable.
Can I exchange my benefits? At this time benefits are not able to be exchanged.
Can I gift a membership? Yes! Be sure to enter the recipients information into the forms provided.
Can I upgrade my membership? Membership upgrades are available, please reach out to us directly by email for these special requests. Upgrades can not be guaranteed at this time.
